What type of inclusions can be used?

We can preserve a wide range of sentimental inclusions including breastmilk, ashes, hair, umbilical cord, fabric, pregnancy test cap and more. If you are unsure whether your inclusion can be used, please contact us before ordering.

What materials do you use?

Our keepsake jewellery is available in a range of materials including sterling silver, gold-plated, rose-gold plated, and selected pieces in solid 9k & 14k gold.

How do I send my inclusions?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive instructions on how to safely package and send your inclusions to us. We recommend using secure, tracked postage for peace of mind.

How long does the process take?

Our current turnaround time is approximately 3–4 weeks from the date we receive your inclusions. During busy periods this may vary slightly.

Is my breastmilk or ashes safe during the process?

We understand how precious your inclusions are and handle every order with the utmost care and respect throughout the entire preservation process.

How much breastmilk or ashes do you need?

For breastmilk keepsakes we require approximately 5ml of breastmilk. For ashes, around half a teaspoon is usually enough.

My breastmilk is frozen, is this ok to use?

Yes — frozen breastmilk is absolutely fine to use. Fresh, refrigerated, or previously frozen breastmilk can all be preserved within your keepsake jewellery.

Can I choose different finishes for my breastmilk keepsake?

Yes, we offer a range of beautiful finishes including natural, pearl, opal and matte finishes. You can view examples on our Breastmilk Finishes page.
